Listening and Coordination

Anleitung

The Stapelstein® elements are scattered all over the room. The participating children move freely around the elements in the room. The game leader calls out an animal, for example, "frog." Now everyone tries to imitate the named animal and cross the individual elements "like a frog" (jumping from a squat).

Varianten

Suggestions for more animals:

- Horse: Gallop over the elements.
- Elephant: Form a trunk with your arms and stomp loudly over the elements.
- Cat: Sneak on all fours over the elements.
- Duck: Waddle over the elements.
- Kangaroo: Jump over the elements with both feet.
- Rabbit: First place your hands on or over the elements and then hop over with both legs.
- Crab: On all fours, with your belly facing the ceiling, overcome the obstacle.
- Giraffe: Stretch tall. Extend your arms high towards the ceiling and cross the elements on tiptoes.

Noise level

For each animal, make the appropriate animal noises when crossing the elements. You can also record the animal noises with the app beforehand and cross the Stapelstein® elements with the animal noise you just heard.

Direction change

In addition to the named animals, the game leader also specifies a direction in which you move: forwards, backwards, sideways.

Command change

You can think of animals yourself and call them out alternately.

Height change

Some animals can overcome higher obstacles than others. The elements are set up at different heights according to the abilities of the animals – sometimes just a single one, sometimes two or three elements stacked on top of each other.
