counting, condition, and coordination

Anleitung

The Stapelstein® elements are distributed on the floor in a circle shape. For each color, a movement task is jointly determined. Now you roll the dice to determine how many elements to move forward and perform the corresponding movement task there.

Varianten

Suggestions for movement tasks:

- Balance the element on your head.
- Stand on the element on one leg.
- Jump around the element (on one leg, on both legs, like a frog, a rabbit, a kangaroo, etc.).
- Throw something up with the element and catch it again.
- Sit on the element and keep your feet in the air.
- Lie on the element with your stomach and try to keep your arms and legs in the air.
- Stand on the element with your eyes closed.
- Place your hands on the element and walk around the stone in a circle one or more times with your feet.
- Balance the element on your fingertip (1 finger, 2 fingers, 3 fingers, fist).
- Spin around once or several times while sitting in the Stapelstein® Original.

height difference

Here, pairs or triplets are occasionally integrated into the circle. Some exercises become easier, others harder. Older elementary school children can add the rolled number of points per round and set a common end beforehand, for example, "When the total reaches 20, the game ends." This way, the game can also be played competitively.
